Nach einer Planänderung in letzter Minute lag es an uns, eine Geburtstagsüberraschung in Form eines Kurztrips zum Großen Preis von Monaco dennoch möglich zu machen.
UNSERE LÖSUNG
Firstly we liaised with the client to find out where the couple would be staying as Monaco would be busy due to the Grand Prix. The travel agent had suggested they stay in nearby Nice as there was such a range of luxury hotels available and it would offer a tranquil base away from the large crowds in Monaco. Within 24 hours we were able to source three good options for the client to choose from and a Nextant 400XT was chosen to take the couple from the UK to Nice. The light jet seats up to six passengers so offered plenty of room for two, ensuring they travelled in comfort and could arrive ready to enjoy the birthday celebrations.
We also offered a solution for the Nice to Monaco transfers, organising a daily helicopter charter to and from the Monaco heliport, followed by a short five minute drive to and from the race track. Here, they were able to pick up their VIP passes which provided them with front row seats to the action and the opportunity to meet and greet some of the world’s best F1 drivers.

VERTRETUNG AN BORD: Unsere Leute waren beim Flug von Großbritannien nach Nizza an Bord, um sicherzustellen, dass das Geburtstagskind von Anfang an als VIP behandelt wurde.
VERPFLEGUNG: Am Terminal organisierten wir einen Champagner-Empfang und an Bord gab es ein individualisiertes Menü und natürlich noch mehr Champagner, damit die beiden angemessen feiern konnten.
UNSER EXTRA: Für die Reise entwarfen wir personalisierte Kopfstützenüberzüge, Servietten und Untersetzer und auf den Bildschirmen wurde eine Slideshow mit Bildern des Kunden gezeigt, die seine Frau zusammengestellt hatte.
