OUR LOCAL DIRECTORS
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - ACS GERMANY
After gaining a degree in Aviation Management, Caroline joined ACS in 2012 working as a trainee broker in the cargo department. Caroline now heads up both the Frankfurt Office and the Frankfurt cargo department and has helped develop the careers of many throughout ACS. During her time at ACS, Caroline has repped many flights, including one where she helped set a new World Record for a drive from the southernmost tip of Africa to the northernmost point of Europe. As Syria was impossible to pass by car, an Antonov An-74 was chartered to cross the country by the shortest distance possible. The trip of 17,568 km was completed within 9 days and 4 hours, beating the old record of 21 days.
DIRECTOR - COMMERCIAL JETS - ACS GERMANY
After graduating with a degree in Tourism and Business Travel, Melanie worked for a leading tour operator. Since then Melanie has worked for two other large charter brokers and joined ACS in early 2022.
Utilising her decade of aviation experience, she now oversees the group charter team at ACS’s Frankfurt office, whilst managing her own portfolio of clients, including flights for sports teams and evacuation charters. Her proudest charter however was for an incentive event for a world-famous sports club - 1,500 people to Egypt on multiple branded aircraft, all flying simultaneously.
